At VeesKollection, we are committed to providing products of the highest hygiene and quality standards. To maintain this, we operate a strict refund and exchange policy.

 

Returns & Exchanges


For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


Returns will only be considered if the item is:

    •    Unused

    •    In its original packaging

    •    Not tampered with


Any return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.



Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Please include:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos or videos showing the issue


Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.



Non-Refundable Items


We do not offer refunds for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Incorrect orders placed by the customer

    •    Improper care or handling of the hair

    •    Delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping details



Order Cancellations


Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.


For pre-order items (such as frontals or bundles), cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
